SALSO Product Order Guide and Order Tracking

We have tried to create a simple system, from choosing your preferred design and placing an order to tracking your delivery. Additionally, we wrote this guide to improve your user experience.

1- Select your product

First, you may nominate the products you need. If you’re unsure, you can schedule a consultation meeting. You’ll have the opportunity to speak with Saleh Sokhandan to determine which products and designs are best suited for your project.

2- Choose the correct version of the product

Based on the product you choose, there are different fabrication or customization options that will affect the cost of your order. You should select the option that best matches your needs at this step.

At this stage, the description and data table at the bottom of the product page will be very helpful for you.

3- Add to the CARD and review your card

After adding your product to the cart, it’s time to check your order summary by clicking on the little basket icon in the top-right menu.

You can add a discount coupon at this step. If everything is correct, click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button.

4- Check out easy in a miniute

By entering the checkout process, you will see three easy steps to finalize your order. In the first step, you should carefully fill in the billing form data.

It is important to enter correct information because your final invoice will be prepared based on this data.

5- Payment options

depends on the product you have in your card and it’s prices you will face to different payment options.

Direct bank transfer:

– If you are purchasing for your business and need an official invoice, or if your total basket price exceeds 400 euros, we strongly suggest choosing the [Direct Bank Transfer] option.

– With the Direct Bank Transfer method, simply [PLACE ORDER]. Afterward, you’ll receive your preliminary invoice and our bank details for making the transfer.

– Your order will remain in [ON HOLD] status until you upload proof of payment for the exact order amount via your ACCOUNT page.

Online payment:

– for some product specialy that ones with lower price it will the online payment will be visible for you to select.

– based on your bank you can choose Credit card payment [Visa, Mater or other options] and even Apple pay will be available.

For tracking your order you should login and navigate to [ACCOUNT] > Orders > [VIEW] Your active order

There are different statuses displayed at the top of your order page:

On Hold: Your order is on hold due to payment approval or because we are waiting for required information from you. The reason will be listed in the order updates section.

Processing: Your order is in progress and we are currently working on it.

Completed: Your order has been prepared and the design has been delivered to you. You can see related notes in the order updates section.

Pending Payment: This status applies when you choose an online payment method but payment is still pending.

Cancelled: If your order remains unpaid for more than 72 hours, it will be automatically cancelled.

Is there any other support method?

Yes, you can use three ways to contact us if you have questions not answered in the descriptions above:

1. Use the notes section during your order updates to send us your question, important notes, or any files.

2. For time-sensitive matters regarding your order, you can contact us through WhatsApp messenger. Please begin your message with your name and order number (which can be found in your account or order confirmation emails).

3. If you experience issues with the website or have any other concerns, you can also email us at support@salso.design.
